Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, we are operating with certain shipping restrictions as a result of government containment measures. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Orders above 1000 EUR|USD may be subject to 1-2 business day dispatch delay as we are required to register these with customs..

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details.
All orders to countries outside of the European Union are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the recipient may be liable for any customs fees and local sales tax. We are regrettably unable to confirm the exact amount of these and we suggest you contact your local customs office.

Prepayment
If you select the prepayment option, please first transfer the entire amount to our account. We will ship the goods after payment has been received. Our confirmation e-mail will contain all of the information necessary for the transfer of funds. Please understand that we can reserve the goods only for seven working days. Your payment must be received within this time. Unfortunately, once this deadline passes we have to cancel your order.
Credit Card
If you decide to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), you will first be asked to enter your personal information and credit card number on a form. These will then be transmitted to the payment processor via a secure connection. The bank checks the transaction data as well as your line of credit within seconds and transmits the results of the check to the seller. If the results are positive, the agreed amount is charged to your credit card.
PayPal
PayPal is an easy and safe way to pay for your purchases - without entering your banking information or credit card number, because your information is stored in your PayPal account. All you need to do is set up a PayPal account at www.paypal.de.
Reimbursement
We will credit you with the return amount as quickly as possible after receiving your return shipment.
RETURNS
You are welcome to return any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging) within 30 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy* of will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunded are available immediately.
Damaged/Faulty Items

a. Damaged item received
Please contact us (see complaints queries) and forward us image of damaged item(s). Once we have received an evidence of damage, we will do our best to arrange a replacement or a refund.
b. Faulty items
We classify goods as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurred within 30 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and we are regrettably unable to take responsibility for any fault.
If you have identified fault within 30 days of receipt of the goods, we ask you to contact us at service@drsturm.com so that we can help you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Reaction to Product
If your skin reacts badly to a product purchased, we suggest to stop using it immediately and us contact immediately at service@drsturm.com so that we can help.
